All EmiratesHost.ae services, including hosting plans and domain registrations, are offered on a recurring subscription basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
Renewal fees are charged at EmiratesHost.ae's prevailing rates at the time of renewal, which may differ from the original purchase price. Current renewal pricing is always available on our website.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid and active payment method is saved to your account at all times to avoid service interruption. EmiratesHost.ae will send renewal reminder notifications to the email address registered on your account prior to each renewal date.
To cancel auto-renewal, you must do so through your client dashboard before the renewal date. EmiratesHost.ae accepts no responsibility for services that lapse due to a failure to cancel or update a payment method in time.

To initiate a domain transfer to EmiratesHost.ae, you must ensure that:

SSL certificates provided by EmiratesHost.ae are issued by trusted third-party certificate authorities. By purchasing an SSL certificate, you agree to the terms and conditions of the issuing certificate authority in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Free SSL certificates are included with all EmiratesHost.ae hosting plans and are automatically issued upon account activation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your SSL certificate is installed and configured correctly on your website.
EmiratesHost.ae accepts no liability for any security breach, data loss, or reputational damage arising from the misuse, misconfiguration, or expiry of an SSL certificate.
EmiratesHost.ae guarantees 99.9% uptime across all hosting plans. This uptime guarantee covers the availability of our server infrastructure and does not include scheduled maintenance windows, events outside our reasonable control, or downtime caused by customer actions.
In the event of unplanned service disruptions, EmiratesHost.ae will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible. We will communicate any significant outages through our website and client dashboard.
Scheduled maintenance that may result in brief service interruptions will be communicated to affected customers in advance wherever possible. EmiratesHost.ae accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions.

SSL certificates that have been issued and activated are non-refundable. If you have purchased an SSL certificate but it has not yet been issued or activated, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation and refund.
Free SSL certificates included with EmiratesHost.ae hosting plans are not subject to separate refund terms and are governed by the hosting plan refund policy.
Standalone business email hosting plans are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided the service has not been actively used. Email hosting plans that have been used to send or receive emails are non-refundable.
Email hosting purchased as part of a bundled hosting package is subject to the refund terms of the primary hosting plan.
